Responsible for the day to day tasks of the equipment division. Plans and schedules for repair and servicing of equipment, and mechanic/technician needs.


  1. Plan and schedule equipment repair and servicing, and mechanic/technician needs.
  2. Maintain stock, parts & supply inventory.
  3. Maintain fueling stations, review/approve equipment, and service invoices.
  4. Standardize processes for maintaining equipment.
  5. Manage effective maintenance and repair programs and equipment safety programs.
  6. Maintain all maintenance equipment files including, setup and repair etc.
  7. Other tasks as directed by Equipment Manager.
  8. Perform additional assignments as requested by executive management.


High school diploma or GED. At least 2 years of experience in construction equipment repair or a 4-year degree in Business Administration is highly desirable. Above average computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite is required. Candidate must possess excellent work ethics, good communication skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities daily. Must possess practical knowledge of the function, operation, and maintenance of construction equipment, strong communication (both verbal and written), strong organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge required.
